About knife in jail and the rpg?

Hello, im wondering if there really is some stupid rule about only knifing in jail? Cuz my question then is: Why? I mean if u are stupid enough to fall down in jail u have to pay for it^^xD
And cant someone remove the rpg forever? Its funnier without, especially now when everyone is at lvl 800000 or more-.-

I doesnt like the knife in jail rule either. And the rule in surf_akai_final that says "not allowed to be at the highest thing in jail" cuz if u cant be there, then the map is kinda useless. And the rpg isnt fun anymore ye, cuz u cant come to the top on the list because everyone is like 1000000000 levels so thats useless to :S

well, about that top list... why not just reset it? well we havent got to remove it:( cant some 1 just reset all lvls? (just lvls not rpgmenu)

lvls have been reset awhile ago i belive! XD
